Mummy & toddler evening wind down

This a relaxing practice to help you and your little one calm down at the end of a busy day. It teaches us that we can start positively role modelling by showing our children the importance of self-care.  We also learn a valuable lesson of letting go of our expectations and simply focus on being in the moment.  Enjoy your bonding time with your little yogi!

    This has been the perfect thing to do after a stressful week. My five year old joined in and my one year old thought I was a very fun climbing frame. My head is in such a different place and I’m ready to peacefully help my kids into bed.
