Calm Breathing – A tool that can be used anytime, anywhere. We recommend you try it for at least a few minutes a couple of times a day. You’ll gradually master this skill in feel the benefits!
Progressive Relaxation – Helps you become more aware of tension in the body. You can return to the practice anytime you’re feeling symptoms of stress.
Remember, these techniques are skills that need cultivating. As with any skill, your ability to relax improves with practice. Be patient with yourself.
