What is The Sanctuary?
The Sanctuary is an online membership that makes it easy and fun for you to take care of yourself while you're busy caring for others. Every week you get a brand new class from one of our amazing teachers, plus encouragement and inspiration emails to keep you on track. You can also connect with a supportive community in our private Facebook group and join us for live online masterclasses. 

How is The Sanctuary content delivered?
Everything is in the membership portal. You just log in and can access all the classes and additional resources — for the current month AND all previous months. There are over 200 online classes ready and waiting for you to enjoy! You can access The Sanctuary from your computer, tablet or smartphone.

You can also download the audio and save it on your devices. And to make it SUPER easy to stay consistent, we send an email at the start of each week to encourage and support you!


Will the classes suit me?
One of the best features of The Sanctuary is the wide variety of teachers. We’re always hearing from our members that they love this. There is something for everyone!

I don’t have a lot of free time, how can I take care of myself without it becoming another to-do I’ll feel bad about missing?
We designed The Sanctuary with this in mind, because most mums only have a few minutes a day to themselves. That’s why all the classes are short & to the point, you can search by problem or category, and get what you need in moments. Whether that’s to fit in a quick meditation to revive you after a long night, a yoga stretch to centre you, a pilates lesson to put that pelvic floor back where it belongs, or something else (there’s so much!), you’ll love checking it off your to-do list.

Will I be overwhelmed with a library of content and no clue where to start?
The Sanctuary starts you off with a recommended playlist for your unique situation. #TechMagic
You’ll be able to search and browse if you want, but we know not every single resource will fit. Like prenatal yoga if you’ve been there, done that! You’ll never be lost in The Sanctuary, we promise!


What if I want to cancel my membership?
You can cancel at anytime, there are no contracts or guilt trips!

Annual Subscription -  If you select the annual subscription and then decide The Sanctuary isn’t for you, you can cancel anytime and you will not be charged when your annual subscription is due for renewal. You will still be able to access The Sanctuary within the 12 month period from the date you signed up.

Monthly Subscription -  If you select the monthly subscription and decide The Sanctuary isn’t for you, you can cancel anytime by contacting us. Canceling your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in any future month. For instance, if you cancel anytime in January, you will not be charged in February. You’ll continue to be able to access and benefit from the membership through the last day of the month in which you cancel.
