The Mindful Mum was created to help mums squeeze self-care into the precious spare moments they cherish so much. It was designed specifically for mothers because we wholeheartedly believe that when they nurture their health and happiness – everyone benefits.

The fact is, in this modern world of mothering, it’s hard to avoid stress, exhaustion and being overwhelmed. But we’re here to remind you that it IS possible to feel more energetic, resilient, spacious and fulfilled. With just a little help, you CAN learn to engage your mind and body to work FOR, rather than against you.

We’ve collaborated with Australia’s leading experts in health and wellbeing to make the best information available, accessible and inclusive to mothers at every stage of their journey. We designed The Sanctuary with this in mind, because most of us only have a few minutes a day to ourselves. That’s why all the classes are short and to-the-point. You can search by problem or category, and get what you need in moments. Whether that’s to fit in a quick meditation to revive you after a long night, a yoga stretch to centre you, a pilates lesson to prepare that pelvic floor, or something else (there’s so much!), you’ll love checking it off your to-do list. 
The Sanctuary starts you off with a recommended playlist for your unique situation. #TechMagic. You’ll be able to search and browse if you want, but we know not every single resource will fit. Like postnatal yoga if you’ve not yet had bub! You’ll never be lost in The Sanctuary, we promise!


Sure can! All our audio classes are available for download so they’re yours to enjoy offline.

You can cancel any time. No contracts or guilt trips!

Annual Subscription -  If you select the annual subscription and then decide The Sanctuary isn’t for you, you can cancel anytime and you will not be charged when your annual subscription is due for renewal. You will still be able to access The Sanctuary within the 12 month period from the date you signed up.

Monthly Subscription -  If you select the monthly subscription and decide The Sanctuary isn’t for you, you can cancel anytime. Canceling your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in any future month. For instance, if you cancel anytime in January, you will not be charged in February.
